NRRI’s Utility Center: Enhancing Community Welfare and Sustainability

ICAR-NRRI have established a utility centre aiming welfare and convenience of its staff, students, and residents. Shops and open stalls developed to offer a variety of essential services and amenities, catering to the diverse needs of the community like grocery and stationery items, educational materials/ services, healthcare products, etc. Establishment of a utility center by ICAR-NRRI underscores its commitment for enhancing the quality of life and fostering a thriving community within its campus and surrounding areas.
This utility centre was inaugurated by Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Hon’ble Secretary, DARE and DG, ICAR through virtual mode and in the presence of Dr. R.C. Agrawal, DDG (Education), ICAR, New Delhi; Dr. A.K. Nayak, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack, Dr. P.K. Roul, Vice Chancellor, OUAT, Bhubaneswar & Dr. S.K. Pradhan, ADG (FFC), ICAR, New Delhi during 79th Foundation Day and Dhan Diwas of ICAR-NRRI on 23 April, 2024.
