ICAR-Sponsored Winter School ‘Capitalization of Androgenic based Doubled Haploid Technology in indica rice’ is successfully completed at ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack
Winter School titled ‘Capitalization of Androgenic based Doubled Haploid Technology in indica rice’ organized by ICAR-National Rice Research Institute (NRRI), Cuttack during 12th January to 01st February 2024. This program was sponsored by Education Division, Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR). Eighteen participants including Assistant & Assoc. Professors, Scientists from ICAR Institutes and State Agriculture Universities participated in this programme. Dr. AK Nayak, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack was the chief guest of this inaugural function and presided over the programme. Dr. S. Samantaray, Principal Scientist and Head Crop Improvement Division, is the Course Director who briefed about the programme. Dr. Parameswaran C, Senior Scientist along with Dr. RL Verma, Senior Scientist of Crop Improvement Division are the Course-Coordinators.
