ICAR-National Rice Research Institute (NRRI), Cuttack, Odisha, and M/s AGR Pioneer Seeds Pvt. Ltd., Kamrup, Assam signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 7 February 2024. The MoU aims for large scale seed production and marketing of inbred rice varieties viz., CR Dhan 307, CR Dhan 310, CR Dhan 311, CR Dhan 801, CR Dhan 802 and CR Dhan 909. Dr. A.K. Nayak, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack signed the MoUs in presence of Dr. G.A.K. Kumar, Dr. M.J. Baig, Dr. K. Saikia, Shri V. Ganesh Kumar, Shri R.K. Singh and Shri S.K. Sahoo. Dr. Nayak expressed his enthusiasm about the collaborations, emphasizing the potential of these partnerships to revolutionize agriculture and contribute to food security.
