Deputy Director General (Crop Science) visited Central Rainfed Upland Rice Research Station
Dr. Tilak Raj Sharma, Deputy Director General (Crop Science) visited Central Rainfed Upland Rice Research Station, Regional Station of ICAR-National Rice Research Institute at Hazaribag, Jharkhand on 31 July 2024. Hon’ble DDG reviewed the work progress and visited the laboratories, farm and interacted the scientists and other staffs of the station. Dr Sharma expressed his satisfaction over the achievements of the station and assured his support and guidance. On this occasion Hon’ble DDG also inaugurated a bridge over the Konar River which is connecting two farms (Masipirhi and Sankarpur) of the station.

Ganesh Kumar, SAO, Mr. R. K. Singh, Sr. F&AO, all the scientists and staffs of the station were present during the occasion.
