Blood Donation Camp at NRRI, Cuttack
ICAR-NRRI organised a voluntary blood donation camp on 18th September, 2019 in the Institute campus. The camp was conducted by the Central Red Cross Blood Bank, Cuttack. The Medical expert Dr. Dipak Kumar Prusty and his team of technical professional collected 124 Units of blood in the camp. The Director of the Institute Dr. Himanshu Pathak inaugurated the camp. The camp was controlled under the supervision of Dr. J. Pani , Medical Officer, NRRI and Sri Sunil Kumar Das, Finance & Account Officer, NRRI. Sri N.C. Parija, welfare Officer in association with all IJSC members and other volunteers of NRRI coordinated for the successful performance of different activities of the camp. The certificate and trophy was handed over to the Director of this Institute and other donors by the Red Cross. Sri B.K. Sahoo, Head of the Office offered vote of thanks to all the blood donors and the volunteers in the blood donation camp.
