A motivational and spiritual talk on “The Power of Mind: Its Secrets and Science” was organized at ICAR-Central Rice Research Institute Cuttack, in collaboration with Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Viswa Vidyalaya on 21st January, 2025. The talk was delivered by by Rajyogini BK Gopi, a renowned motivational speaker and educator at Brahma Kumaris. The talk was organized for the motivation, welfare and well- being among the institute staff, students and scholars. Director, CRRI presided the occasion while HRD, Coordinator and Head, CID Dr. S. Samantaray welcomed the guests on the dais. The speaker was introduced to the audience by Rajyogini BK Kuldeep.
In her deliberation, Rajyogini BK Gopi talked about mind, its set up, formation of mindset and habits, changing the patterns of habit, reconnecting with self, rule for achieving targets, the four types of thoughts for control of mind. The talk was supplemented with short sessions of meditation and mind games that added flavor for taking the experience to home. The talk was followed by remarks by the Director, Dr. A.K. Nayak who was felicitated by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Viswa Vidyalaya. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. S. Sarkar, Scientist, CID, CRRI, Cuttack.
