Deeksharambh 2024: A Welcoming Gateway to Academic Excellence
The Student Induction Programme (SIP) for newly admitted students at IARI-NRRI Cuttack Hub titled Deeksharambh 2024 initiated on 15 October 2024. “Deeksharambh,” meaning “the beginning of learning,” is 15 day long significant event designed to welcome and orient new students as they embark on their academic and research journeys. The inaugural program was joined by IARI-NRRI Cuttack Hub students via a virtual platform, being held in ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. The programme aimed at facilitating a smooth transition for students into their academic and research pursuits by offering insights into institutional culture, research opportunities, and personal well-being. Through comprehensive sessions, Deeksharambh 2024 will build a strong foundation for students to thrive, focusing on their holistic development, and setting them on a path to both academic success and personal growth.
