Celebration of Agriculture Education Day
Agriculture Education Day was celebrated by IARI, New Delhi on 3rd December 2023 in which all Hubs including IARI-NRRI, Cuttack Hub participated virtually.
On this occasion, an invited lecture by Hon’ble Dr. R. S. Paroda, Former Secretary, DARE and DG, ICAR, New Delhi was delivered. Padma Bhusan Prof. R. B. Singh, presided over the function. Dr. A. K. Singh, Director, IARI, New Delhi welcomed the dignitaries & students. Dr. A. K. Nayak, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack, Heads of the Division, Scientists and all the UG, PG and PhD students admitted at IARI-NRRI, Cuttack Hub participated in the event through virtual mode. After the lecture, two students (Hritiki Nayak, B.Sc(Ag) and Meghana Sarkar ( M.Sc(Ag) ) from IARI-NRRI, Cuttack hub interacted with the Hon’ble Dr. R. S. Paroda.
Meeting ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Anupama Singh, Dean (Education), IARI, New Delhi.
