Secretary (DARE) & Director General (ICAR) visits ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack
Dr. Himanshu Pathak, Secretary DARE and DG, ICAR visited the ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack on 26th December 2022 to review the activities of the institute. During his visit to the Institute, he visited rice evolution garden which is currently under development and given his valuable suggestions for further improvement. Subsequently, Dr. Pathak inaugurated the newly established Rice Quality Improvement Laboratory and DRONE (Digital Research Field Operations of NRRI Experimental Farm) platform. Later he addressed all the staff members of the institute through his thought-provoking lecture and motivated all to work hard and produce impact-full results for greater visibility of the institute and large benefits of the farming community. Earlier, Dr. A.K. Nayak, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack delivered the welcome address.
