Entrepreneurship Development Programme on Tomato Processing and Value Addition

A four-day Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) on Tomato Processing and Value Addition was organized by CRRI-ABI, EAP-215 from 19 to 22 May 2025. The training aimed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with practical knowledge and skills in tomato processing technologies and value-added product development. A total of 12 participants, including both male and female entrepreneurs, actively engaged in hands-on sessions and interactive discussions. The programme was successfully conducted under the guidance of Course Director Dr. Supriya Priyadarsani and Course Coordinator Mrs. Shruti Snata Panda, who ensured effective training delivery and mentorship throughout the event.
